On the occasion of the 25th International Day of Francophonie, the People's of African Cinema Association (A.G.C.A) organized various demonstrations in Bangui:

- a french essay contest intended for the pupils, "Francophone" people of tomorrow, of Bangui's schools second year classes.

- two broadcastings of film "Fanta", whose original version is french speaking, on the Central African Television . The film was made at free disposal of the Central African TV by A.G.C.A's permission, with the agreement of the producer and the director, Joséphine Bertrand-Tchakoua-Pouna.
